My husband and I spontaneously drove from Denver just to check out Chef Matt's new restaurant and we are so glad we did! Everything from the wine selections/cocktails to the food was spectacular. It's very easy to see that the chefs really care about the quality of ingredients and presentation of the food. My favorite dishes we tried was the focaccia with burrata and the lobster bucatini. We also had the budino and espresso (for the long ride home!) and it was the perfect ending to our meal! Everything is made from scratch, delicious and perfectly seasoned! But what we loved the most was the attentiveness from the service staff. I think each team member made a point to interact with us at least one time during our visit. Our server Gary was incredibly helpful and guided us through the menu very well. Josh helped us pick out the perfect wine for our meal as well. We are already planning our next trip back for our anniversary!

Decided to drive over from Denver with my wife for a quick impromptu date night and WOW! Service was excellent, super friendly and organized staff! Always great seeing familiar faces doing great things. Great wine list and cocktails, food was spectacular as expected since it's coming from Chef Mathew Vawter and Cameron! Everything from the start with amuse bouche, to wines picked by Patrick and josh to the end with desserts and espresso were just to die for. Thank you for an unforgettable first time in! Already planning a weekend stay just to eat again!

Stopped in last minute for dinner and was blown away! love the idea of shared plates for more of an interactive dining experience. Kevin gave excellent service with thorough explanation of the menu with wine and food. I'll definitely return for all occasions big and small!

This place is amazing. Not only was the service absolutely top notch but as an 8 year resident of summit county, this is probably the best restaurant I have ever had. From the bread, to the starters, all the way to desserts, this place nails it. Our server Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and showed us the right path. Do yourself a favor and try this place. 10/10

This new 'modern' Italian eatery is a breath of fresh air in the mountains. With a menu that spans from the traditional to what some might consider nouveau cuisine, you can tell that absolutely every component has been thoughtfully placed, and the flavors & textures were the top priorities in the chef's mind when he created this menu. The atmosphere is casual enough to be approachable for those walking down Main Street to grab a quick happy hour in the bar, yet elegant enough to bring family in from out of town to the main dining area for an upscale evening. The staff is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about each and every dish, and the cocktails and wine list are top-tier at a modest price. The food... well, to sum up my partner's take, is "sensational". We started with the gnocchi with veal ragu, then had focaccia with both the butter/bottarga (Mullet roe) and burrata/pesto, and finished with an agnolotti with braised brisket and the rigatoni diavolo. Each dish was, quite frankly, more sensational than the last. My only issue with the restaurant was that I didn't have two stomachs to accommodate everything else. Well done, Chef Matt and the entire team. This is bound to be THE new 'It' spot in Breck for those who know good food and good people.

Brand new restaurant so as a bartender at another restaurant in Breck I was impressed with their professionalism. A lot of places go through hiccups those first few months, but I didn't hear anything or see anything that would have suggested that . The service was top notch and the kitchen aced it. We had a very nice family dinner out! Thank you to their team, front and back of house! Who ever left the 3 star review should review their 2 star grammar and know some of the very best restaurants in the world have as close of seating and give you new utensils after each course.
